Listed below are general program supports for the use of and access to juvenile fire risk screening tools. These screening supports are intended for those Chautauqua County (NY) professionals and paraprofessionals (e.g., staff associated with Chautauqua County fire departments, law enforcement, schools, local medical or mental health clinics, medical staff, etc.) participating in the WCA Psychology Department 2006-2007 outreach fire risk screening program.
Program participants should be registered with WCA Psychology Department. As such, you should have received a letter of introduction to the fire risk screening program, a starter kit that includes a laminated tri-fold field version of the Family Risk Survey, and a computer CD containing an EXCEL scoring program for the Family Risk Survey. Contact us (664-8556) if you are a Chautauqua County professional provider or facility and are interested in participating in the WCA Psychology Department outreach juvenile fire risk screening program.
